QC – Manual

Responsibilities: 

• Execute comprehensive quality assurance tests on software applications, websites, and IT systems to identify defects, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with software development teams to develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing, to validate the functionality and reliability of IT systems.
• Report and track defects and issues using a designated bug-tracking system. Work closely with developers to resolve and retest defects.
• Document test procedures, results, and any deviations from quality standards. Prepare test summary reports.
• Ensure compliance with IT quality standards, industry best practices, and security regulations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify areas for process improvement and participate in process enhancement initiatives.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of game testing experience. 
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies. 
• Experience in Performance test, Function test, Adhoc/ explore test and UI/ UX test on web and mobile app. 
• Ability to fully test feature from the stage of requirements analysis to regression testing
• Experience with JIRA/ Confluence.
• Knowledge of test methods & processes.
• Experience in the Agile/ Scrum process is preferred.
• Good at logical thinking and critical thinking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hard-working, honest, proactive in work. 
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment, which includes discussions around creative reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from fellow team members and clients.
• Ability to summarize and go straight to the point, proactive in communication.
• English communication.
