Responsibilities: 

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Provide legal guidance and advice to the HR Director on employment-related matters, including hiring, termination, discrimination, and compliance
  • Quickly assess HR-related issues and incidents, determine the appropriate course of action, and coordinate a timely response
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
  • Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employment law and HR best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex HR challenges
  • Support the HR Director in managing sensitive and confidential HR matters

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR or legal role, preferably within a fast-paced, complex organization
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    Proven track record of providing effective HR support and guidance
