- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address current and future talent needs.
Employee Development:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth to support career progression.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent to the organization.
- Develop and maintain effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Address workplace issues promptly and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct regular salary reviews and performance-based compensation adjustments.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization’s HR practices remain compliant.
Workforce Planning:
- Analyze workforce trends and plan for future staffing needs.
- Develop succession plans to ensure continuity of key roles within the organization.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
- Implement strategies to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Other tasks assigned by HR Director.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and make informed decisions.
- Generate regular reports on HR activities, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, laws, and best practices.
- English fluently and work conscientiously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
