Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Input and maintain employee information, including personal details, job-related data, and performance evaluations, in the HR database.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records and update as needed.
- Generate reports and analytics using HR data to support decision-making.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Prepare new employee onboarding materials and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Facilitate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Process employee exits and entries.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Address basic employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel.
Compliance and Policies:
- Maintain knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ YOEs as HR Operation or related roles.
- Strong computer skills.
- Good at english.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and best practices is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
