Responsibilities: 

Data Management:

  • Input and maintain employee information, including personal details, job-related data, and performance evaluations, in the HR database.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records and update as needed.
  • Generate reports and analytics using HR data to support decision-making.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Prepare new employee onboarding materials and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Facilitate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
  • Process employee exits and entries.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Address basic employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Maintain knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ YOEs as HR Operation or related roles. 
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Good at english. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and best practices is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
